My dad told me something interesting today.

It seems, in the not so distant past, if you ordered something, it could take as long as three months to actually get it! Nowadays, I get pissed if it takes four days! Do any of you older members remember those days? He said, he would have to order things in September to guarantee they'd arrive by Christmas! Lol

I don't remember that, but I remember ordering from catalogs, filling out a form and writing your card number on it. Had to mail that out and wait. Hopefully they got it. It took 2-4 weeks. That was 90's.
