Is it really possible that she is ghosting me too? 😢

I have shared last week that I asked out one of my female friend Poorna to hang out with me. She was in the same school as me but different classrooms. We both graduated college 10 months ago but she went off to the city Hyderabad in India for her job whereas I live in Bangalore in India and pursuing my MBA. She is 22 and I am 23 now and last week she came to Bangalore to meet her family so i asked her out to hang out with me but she replied "I'd like that but maybe next time. Maybe not this time." That was the last i heard from her. I replied that yeah sure and that it would be nice to hang out with her someday as she is sweet and seems fun to hang out with but no reply for a week. I even apologized today if I made her uncomfortable but still nothing. 😢😭 Usually before too she has gone several days without replying because she has a very busy work schedule but this time idk why she isn't. Do you feel she is ghosting me just because i asked her out? Do you think she restricted my Instagram account which is basically partial blocking where my message goes to her requests now so she won't get notifications of my texts?
