Out of anger, do you tell how you actually feel?

I generally do . But people dont like it . They dont like confrontation . They prefer to be sly and go behind your back . They prefer to be manipulative . I am quiet up front and i like to clear the air . But society prefers the underhanded way of lies and deceit. So now im learning to control my mouth n thoughts . Baby steps . What do we do ? Follow society or be u ? They say be u but then what u do or say isnt acceptable but its okay for them ro say things or behave in ways they want to n u just have to stick it
