I am already missing my crush 😭. How can i go 3 months without seeing her?

Today was my last exam and after that for 3 months no classes in my University where I am pursuing MBA because according to the curriculum, we must complete a 2-3 months internship and then our next semester classes will start in August which means I won't be able to meet my crush Akankshya in person before August. She is within 21-23 age range and I am 23 and i even gave her a goodbye hug. She did give a bit of an awkward smile when i hugged her and I wrapped my arms around her whereas she didnt fully wrap her arms but she did pat my back once and then said ok i have to study for exam, bye. So even I said her bye. It was such a good feeling hugging her 😍. I am also overthinking whether she was really comfortable with it and want to apologize if by chance she felt uncomfortable but couldnt meet her today. Idk how will i go 3 months without meeting her. 😭😭. I am already missing her for real. Her cute face and cute smile whenever i say her hi. I have her number and yeah i can call her but idk why i am hesitant to call her but idk calling in phone wont be the same as meeting her in person. How can I go 3 months without meeting her? 😢
