Was it mean or immature of me to laugh at her for no reason just as an April fool prank?
As I have shared in my previous post about my female friend Sonia ignoring me after i aggressively tapped my foot on the floor after she asked to move my chair forward as she didn't have space to move. Thats because i was in a bad mood as this another girl Sharanya whom i liked and knew for over 8 months was ghosting me for no reason so i felt Sonia's tone was rude. After that she is kinda ignoring me. I am 23 and she is also 23 and this happened on 27th March which was almost a month ago.
But on 1st April, during break time i was waiting near our institute gate to meet my current crush Akankshya. Suddenly i saw Sonia was talking in her phone with someone. As it was April fools day, i decided to prank her so I was looking at her and laughing at her for no reason. She looked a bit at me but ignored it and continued talking on the phone. But i was again looking at her and laughing and thats when she came towards and I also started walking towards the institute and then she stopped me calling my name and i stopped and she asked why i was laughing at her. I replied saying i was just laughing for fun as its April fools day but she said she will complain to the director/head of the institute that I was laughing at her. I said sorry and she said next time don't laugh at me or else i will complain to the head of the institute. Thankfully she moved on and rarely still talks to me but she is still kinda ignoring me. Do you feel it was mean of me?
