Whats up with my childhood friend being offline for months and suddenly once in a bluemoon replying to me?

Yes this post is about my childhood friend Aishu. I posted about her here several months ago. We were close friends when we were in elementary school in like 3rd to 6th grade and were in the same school too. We used to play together, have sleepovers and study together too. But the last time i talked with her in person was in 2011 and after that me and my parents bought a new apartment in a different area of the city. We were in same school in high school too but didnt talk with each other. We again connected back on Instagram in December 2022 after over a decade and I was 21 almost 22 and she was 21. Now she is 22 and I am 23. I really thought that now maybe we can date and i even asked her out too and she even agreed that we will meet up one day but she is very inactive on Instagram going weeks or even a month without replying to me.

But her last reply was in September 2023 and after that no replies at all so we could never meet as I dont have her phone number. We both graduated college 9 months ago but she is working for now and I am gonna pursue my MBA degree. Suddenly she replied to me 2 days ago. After almost 7 months of inactivity on Instagram, she finally replied and we had a chat. I sent her a virtual hug too and complimented her and she sent me back hug too and thanked me. But she again inactive now. Idk why she isnt getting online. Honestly idk whether we will ever meet or not. I am already crushing on this other girl Akankshya in the classes where i go with whom I can interact in person so that mood of going out with Aishu and meeting her isnt there anymore as she isnt even active on Instagram. Maybe i should just go for my current crush instead and not think about Aishu much.
