Why do my male friends get so annoyed these days whenever i talk about my crush? Are they being rude or is it my fault?

I have noticed that my male friends in the institute where I go has been being really angry on me whenever I talk about my crush Akankshya to them. Like I am 23 and my friend Ali who is also 23 has literally called me a Bhosdike(its a swear word in the Indian language Hindi) last week after I talked about her to him and the fight literally got physical with both of us hitting each other so this week he is ignoring me completely. But even my other friend Kiran who is also 23 or 24 who is also Ali's friend too is ignoring me after saying me not to talk with either him or Ali. Kiran too often got angry at me and scolded me whenever i talked about my crush Akankshya or my previous crush Anshika and often said me not to talk about girls with him. So both Ali and Kiran ignored me the whole week and didnt talk to me at all and I felt lonely as i only have 3 friends in the class and as Akankshya is in a different classroom, we dont get to talk a lot except during breaks.

My 3rd friend is Probodh who is 25 and usually he is nice to me and i share to him about my crush Akankshya too about what I talked with her and how i complimented her. Today she had some Fashion competition about which she told previously. I told her best of luck a few days ago about it. So i messaged Probodh on whatsapp that she is having fashion competition today. But he gave a pretty rude reply. His reply was "Don't tell this to me. I don't like to talk about girls and all". I got angry and wanted to give rude reply too but i didnt because already Ali and Kiran are ignoring me in class and I don't want him to ignore me as well or else i would be even more lonely so didn't fight.
