As you grow older, what are you learning (& with application) is yielding good results?

For me, I'm learning to be quieter. Not every comment requires a response and not every question requires an answer. It certainly yields in personal peace.

Same with me. It's taken me a long time to learn to keep my mouth shut.

Over time, I continue learning how fleeting is physical life, and the eternalness of the non-physical. It's my ally in surrendering.
