As you grow older, what are you learning (& with application) is yielding good results?

For me, I'm learning to be quieter. Not every comment requires a response and not every question requires an answer. It certainly yields in personal peace.

How about you? What is something you have learnt over time that is working for you?

I'm not cut out for relationships it seems. Friendship or love capacity.
By me feeling unworthy of them, I've never asserted my desire to have them around instead I wait for them to call me. Consequently it does the opposite. It's a bad "habit" and one incredibly hard to break.
