Do you compare yourself to others?
I do it so much, I really wish I didn’t. I’m actually really jealous of so many people, they seem so much further ahead, or braver, or cooler than me. 😭

We all do it.
Dont think just because people seem to have it all, it means they are happy.
Ive known a few people in life who, no matter what gifts they had, what success they had earned - it was never enough.
They went through perpetual cycles of gaining more, being unhappy, gaining even more, being more unhappy.
Some of tje best things in life ARE free, if you have the perspective to see them and appreciate them .
