I do it so much, I really wish I didn’t. I’m actually really jealous of so many people, they seem so much further ahead, or braver, or cooler than me. 😭

And I’d bet that a whole lot of them feel the same way as you. Try to work on freeing yourself from those feelings. They’re such a waste of valuable time.
Thankyou! I’ll try as I don’t like being this way, it feels pretty ingrained though. I really want to stop being like this and I know I’ll be a much better person. @OlderSometimesWiser
