Why doesnt the older women here who are 35/40+ confess to me that they have crush on me?

I mean i turned 23 almost 2 months ago and I am sure there are some older women here who are 35+ and have a crush on me especially after seeing my selfie posts but are too shy to admit it. But why? I am 23 now so i am an adult too just like women in their 30s and 40s and older. Why can't you all just confess your feelings to me?

@Ontheroad idk man actually my new crush is also 21-23 age range so she is basically the same age as me as I am 23 and we go for the same classes but in different classrooms. I had been too shy to approach her but with help of my friends I did. So i have tried initiating conversations with her too on Monday but as usual I sound nervous while talking with her so idk whether its a turn off for her. She is very pretty and vey attractive so idk whether I have a chance with her or not. I dont even know whether she is single or not as one of her classmate said me she is single whereas her another classmate said she probably has a boyfriend. I am always think about her but also feel worried that I am probably going for someone who is out of my league.
