Why doesnt the older women here who are 35/40+ confess to me that they have crush on me?

I mean i turned 23 almost 2 months ago and I am sure there are some older women here who are 35+ and have a crush on me especially after seeing my selfie posts but are too shy to admit it. But why? I am 23 now so i am an adult too just like women in their 30s and 40s and older. Why can't you all just confess your feelings to me?
