@helenS yet they always ask cancer patients if they smoke (or drink). Smoking does increase free radical damage in the body and chain smoking especially. I remember my mother coughing day and night, her lungs severely inflamed from smoking.

@helenS oh that is something to think about. There has been higher cancer rates lately for younger people than before. I think most vapes are as bad or worse than tobacco. Because all of the oils that the convenience stores are selling are made in China with some nasty ingredients and water too. Water can cause pneumonia and those chemicals all kinds of nasty health problems.

@HoraceGreenley Yes I stopped smoking ciggies as soon as I realized I'm preg! My belly wasn't like that of the girl in the picture when I quit.
