New year same old shit lol

Trying to be a more positive me in 2024 but the anxiety and depression is palpable and the loneliness is crippling.

I am so lonely I have tried dating sites but got nowhere. Maybe at 55 I will be on my own now for the rest of my life? Hard to come to terms with that when you feel like you need love in your life.

Hope you do not lie about your age on these sites? Today I met a guy who claimed to be in his forties but when I saw him in person he turns out to be 56. As for loneliness - I'm 41 and extremely lonely. Life has to somehow go on. I guess it hits us the older we get

@DaveE54 If it's any consolation I'm a lonely soul from India. So that's one thing we have in common. I'm 41 and should be rocking but life's experiences are such :(
