How much weight have you gained or lost this year?
My doctor said I gained 12 lbs. Not something I wanted to hear. 🐷

Don't get attached to a scale. Just judge how the weight looks on you. 12lbs is no big deal. I wouldn't worry.

Aww, you're sweet, thanks. I'm tall, so I can carry it, but I know I shouldn't be this heavy at my age.
