Is my hair fine or is it thinning? Why can I see little bit of scalp under light?

Is it normal? I just turned 23 a few days ago

@Lostpoet Really right? Actually i am worried because one of my friend who is also 23 or maybe 24 now is having receding hairline and another one who turned 25 recently is pretty much full bald
