If I ever want to get back in shape and lose the pounds

I need to get EXCITED. Excited about super healthy yummy food instead of constantly having noodles 😋 Excited to start my yoga stretches and feel good physically again. Excited for loving my body again. EXCITED FOR ALL THIS CRAP!!!! YAY!!!

Depression is no fun 🥹 finding motivation to get back to normal has been hard. I hate my body right now, the new mommy pouch, the 30 extra lbs, the stretch marks on my breasts 😭 etc etc etc etc

In a freezer I've got blanched broccoli cauliflower green peppers and jalapenos and onions.

Yep no meat so I've been eating on that and I just got a bunch of chia seeds and basil seeds and you ought to get some put them in water they expand it's like a bubble tea but on the smaller side or you can throw them in yogurt and it's like tapioca pudding.

Supposed to be very fibrous and so it gives you a greater satiety in eating. Best wishes.
