@MartinTheFirst thanks. I went on instagram a couple times to post life events for my mom but besides that I'd delete the app again. I'm keeping my apps deleted until I go on vacation in December but I use Facebook now funny enough😂 only because my sorority uses it so I started using it in September to be in touch some way.
@MartinTheFirst I actually had my first drink post detox on my birthday in September and since then just at social events (I only see my friends maybe 3-4 times a month) I cut off a lot of my substance user friends just for my own mental health so the friends I hang with now don't really drink or smoke weed much anyways (the only two things I'll do now socially)
