Is it possible for some people in Siliguri to confuse Kanchenjunga stadium thinking its Mount Kanchenjunga?

In my hometown Siliguri, there is a big stadium named Kanchenjunga stadium. Mount Kanchenjunga isn't super far from Siliguri and you can even see the peaks from Siliguri but you can see the peaks better from Darjeeling. But if someone went to Siliguri for the first time and heard about Kanchenjunga stadium, can he confuse it as the Mount Kanchenjunga? Imagine him going to Siliguri in summer and its very hot over there and they go to Kanchenjunga Stadium thinking its the mountains to feel cold weather but is disappointed to see its just a stadium and its very warm there too. Is it possible?
