Ugh, total bullshit. it's much more likely that humans have screwed up memories than reality is different for different people. Psych 101 has an activity where the teacher plays a clip of a guy walking past a car. the entire class is suppose to say his age, race, clothes, colors for the clothes and the car, what time of year it is in the video etc. The 'eyewitness' evidence is tallied and then the video is played again to see how much people get shit wrong.
