I know little about your day-to-day life, but I can tell you that your persona here doesn't require fixing. Your posts are uplifting and lyrical. Your comments are supportive and kind.
Maybe even keel isn't the most desirable goal.
I just caught this quote on the fly and while I can't give credit, I can and do affirm it.
"Life isn't only about waiting for the storm to pass. It's also about learning to dance in the rain."

It is not so much the destination, but the journey.

[i][i]The moon and sun are eternal travelers. Even the years wander on. A lifetime adrift in a boat, or in old age leading a tired horse into the years, every day is a journey, and the journey itself is home.

Your writing is always thought and emotion provoking.
I read The Screwtape Letters as a teenager. Whilst I left the church they still had/have a profound effect on me.

@OldBrit Thank you. I’m not one who has ever been comfortable with organized religion, but I’m not closed off to many ideas and appreciated approaching it from that direction. I saw many comments made on the book that either cheered or jeered based on the Christianity aspect alone, and they all popped into my head when he mentioned “spiritual pride.” 😂
