I wouldn't leave unless the initial cause for renovations was something hazardous like mould, lead or asbestos pipes.

@Starmaiden It’s a bathroom and possibly kitchen at the same time(nothing like you mentioned). They said they’d pay for a hotel for the month, but I’m not comfortable w/people in my home alone. It gives me all kinds of bad feelings.
