If you could meet yourself at the age of ten, what would you tell him/her?

I don't know what I would say. This scenario always makes me start crying. Life has been pretty rough for me, and I feel exhausted. I miss those younger days, when I had dreams and confidence. I guess I would tell him to cherish that, hold to it as long as you can. Don't give up on finding happiness.

I think I'd tell her that she doesn't need to be anxious like she is, that there are adults and medications that can help. I'd tell her she's right, her dad IS emotionally abusive- I believe her and will try to help do something about it.
