Yes, write journal has helped me a lot. However, most of the time I destroy it after writing.

When I was reading your diary, some of lines appear as if it was written by me. "I have lot of things to catch up....I am growing more wiser and mature."

Your handwriting style is nice.

For some things it's great.
I tried writing moods as some people recommend but that is a bit odd. Personally, I don't think it solves anything, but that could be just me.

Yes .. but not with this much verbose.. just maintain hints of the day so you can recall later if necessary..

This much detail for just one day .. you won't even want to read it again..

No.
Did for a while but if you're recording misery day after day i didn't feel it therapeutic to write and certainly not to re-read

It's cool.
It's interesting to look back years later, see your thoughts on things, and then wonder WTF...

@BrewCityBarfly you think WTF about my diary?
@Pineapplesonpizza No, referring to my own. Especially my thoughts back when I got high.
Definitely. I have kept journals for the last six years. I have some good and bitter sweet memories in them, tickets, photographs, postcards, small sketches. It's good to write things down and enjoyable to actually use a pen instead of a keypad. I love writing.
