God will never turn you away, nor kick you out of His family. Our security rests in Him and His promises. Not in our performance.

I believe heaven is a real place. The Bible even gives the dimensions of it. And Luke 15:10 says that all the angels in heaven rejoice, every time someone repents and invites Jesus into their heart and life to be their Savior. It is a place where there's no more sin, death, condemnation, disease, nor sorrow of any kind. In the presence of God, there is only peace, love, rest, and joy, that passes all understanding. God said no eye has seen nor ear heard, the things we'll behold in heaven. [1 Corinthians chapter 2, verse 9] Jesus is a Way Maker, Promise Keeper, and Light in the darkness.

We're all in the same boat...we can see how sinful this world is. All are sinful by nature, and that's why the world needed/needs Jesus. God's Word says that sin always keeps our spirit seperated from God and places condemnation on us, UNTIL we see our need for forgiveness from our sins and come to Jesus, asking Him to forgive us. This immediately restores our fellowship with God, and brings us back into right standing with God the Father in heaven. If sin could be allowed to enter heaven, it wouldn't be heaven.

The lies of this world, can never stand against the truths of God. When I was looking for hope, I wanted to know God loves me, even though I was and am, a sinner.

I wanted to know that God wasn't angry with me and didn't hate me for my sins, like we all think he does. What I found out, was that Jesus didn't come to condemn us or the world, at all, but to save us from the condemnation sin had placed on us. John 3:17

What I experienced when I talked to God in prayer, was just the opposite of how some think God thinks about us. God is not angry with us, at all. He loves each and every one of us, and wants only the best for us, even though we are sinners by nature. He was the most gentle, loving, caring, and kind person to me. He loved and accepted me just as I was. There was no condemnation or finger pointing at all. He loved me unconditionally. As he spoke to my heart and spirit, I could not resist his gentle, sweet love and understanding. My salvation was not based on me, certain feelings, nor what I did or did not do just right in my life. No. He loved me purely for me, His creation. I learned that my salvation was not based on my earning His love. It is based purely on THE PROMISES OF GOD to keep His word to SAVE ME and KEEP ME. I knew I could rest in Him and His promises. When Jesus died to atone for my/our sins, He not only said He loves us...He proved His great love for you and I, on the cross.

I learned that we have one hope in this world and that is Jesus. He's the only hope we have to hold on to. He readily welcomed me into His arms, so lovingly, and forgive me of every sin I ever committed, transforming my life completely and forever. That was on July 21, 1973, and I've never been sorry that I trusted him to be my Lord and Savior. He has never let me down nor abandoned me. He promised He never would; that He will be with me forever, and He never breaks a promise. He is trust-WORTHY. I found out real quick, that Jesus is very real, and that He loves us more than words could ever say.

I can safely and confidently say that Jesus is our hope, our lifeline, our rescuer, and our Redeemer. No matter what we have done, no matter how many mistakes we have made, Jesus loves us and accepts us, just as we are. Our salvation is never based on our performance nor who we are. He Loves Us all the same. Not one of us, more than the other, and he never turns us away. There's always room at the cross, for one more.

In John 3:16, Jesus hugs us and says, "I still love you, though you have sinned. I'm here to forgive you and wash your sins away, if you'll let Me. That way, your sins can no longer condemn you, and you can be with me forever in heaven. I will send the Holy Spirit to you, to dwell in you, teach you, and be your Helper and Guide in life. [John 15:26 and John 16:7] Others may abandon you, but I will never turn you away or stop loving you. I have chosen to love you, keep you, and I will never stop loving you."

Jesus's invitation to salvation is for everyone in the world. If we've accepted His invitation, we are IN CHRIST and we are His forever. Romans 8:38 to 39 promises us that we cannot lose God's love. God will never kick us out of His family.

Why were there no dinosaurs in the bible.
@SW-User What in the world does that have to do with my post? I'd like to stay on topic, but I'll answer your question.

Careful Bible study shows that the Bible does mention dinosaurs, though it never actually uses the word dinosaur. Instead, it uses the Hebrew word tanniyn, which is translated a few different ways in our English Bibles. Sometimes it’s “sea monster,” and sometimes it’s “serpent.” It is most commonly translated “dragon” in the KJV. The tanniyn appears to have been some sort of giant reptile. These creatures are mentioned nearly thirty times in the Old Testament (e.g.,Psalm 74:13; Isaiah 27: 1;Jeremiah 14:6) and were found both on land and in the water. Another Hebrew word, livyathan, transliterated leviathan, is used six times in Scripture (Job 41:1; Psalm 104:26) and refers to some type of large, fierce sea creature. The description of leviathan in Job 41 gives the impression of a strong yet graceful, unstoppable creature against which weapons are unavailing: “Nothing on earth is its equal” (Job 41:33).

Another giant creature the Bible describes and that Job was familiar with, is the behemoth, said to be “a prime example of God’s handiwork” (Job 40:19, NLT). The behemoth is a huge, plant-eating animal that dwells by the water. Its bones are like “tubes of bronze,” and its limbs are like “rods of iron” (Job 40:18); its tail is likened to a cedar tree (Job 40:17). Some have tried to identify the behemoth as an elephant or a hippopotamus. Others point out that elephants and hippopotamuses have very thin tails, nothing comparable to a cedar tree. Dinosaurs like the Brachiosaurus, Apatosaurus, and Saltasaurus, on the other hand, had huge tails that could easily be compared to a cedar tree.

@LadyGrace So dinosaurs and people all lived at the same time.
@SW-User That's another topic and I'm not going to take up this entire space arguing about timelines that could take a book-worth of writing, but I'll answer just once more. Dinosaurs died out before men came along. Just how long, I don't know I wasn't there, was you? I know what you're getting at, and man is not smarter than God. The Earth is exactly as old as God says it is. Cultures around the world give an age of the earth that confirms what theBibleteaches. Radiometric dates, on the other hand, have been shown to be wildly in error.

The age of the earth ultimately comes down to a matter of trust—it’s a worldview issue. Will you trust what an all-knowingGodsays on the subject, or will you trust imperfect man’s assumptions and imaginations about the past that regularly are changing?

Of course, the Bible doesn't say explicitly anywhere,“The earth is 6,000 years old.” Good thing it doesn't; otherwise it would be out of date! Time goes on.
SW-User
@LadyGrace And you preach all this nonsense and misinformation out of the goodness and purity of your heart.

smh
@SW-User oh I wouldn't say that. The only ones that think it's nonsense and misinformation are those who have not even looked at nor studied their Bible, which you obviously have not.
SW-User
@LadyGrace And have you studied carbon dating and earth science, then.
@SW-User Have you?
SW-User
@LadyGrace Yes. It's fascinating.
@SW-User Are you all of a sudden smarter and wiser than God?
SW-User
@LadyGrace Yes, that's right.
@SW-User I figured that was your problem and I was right. God said you're not.
SW-User
@LadyGrace God created us in his image, did he not? I can only use what he gave me.
@SW-User Right. But He didn't make you or anyone else any smarter than He is, so we can't claim otherwise.
SW-User
@LadyGrace I can claim anything I like. It's our God given free will.
@SW-User Sure. You can, but that still won't change your I.Q. to be greater than God's. Have you ever thought about where you'll spend eternity? That's something the Lord said we need to prepare for and therefore, will be the most important decision we'll ever make in our lives.
SW-User
@LadyGrace Are there dinosaurs in heaven?
@SW-User You didn't answer my question.
SW-User
@LadyGrace What about neranderthals and stuff like that.
@SW-User You still didn't answer my question.
SW-User
@LadyGrace I did answer. That's why I'm asking who and what gets into heaven. Duhh.
@SW-User But that's not what I asked you. Have you ever thought about where you'll spend eternity?
SW-User
@LadyGrace Yeah, I think Florida is nice if you've got money.
@SW-User 😂🤣🤣🤣😂😂😂 I like you. That's hilarious. You have a great sense of humor. But you won't be there for eternity if you live in Florida. Hahaha I would bet that you would make a really great author. You have a great imagination and are obviously intelligent. Ever think about writing a book? But you still haven't answered my question. Every one of us are going to die but our spirit lives on and we have to prepare for that. Better now than never or later. Have you thought about where you'll end up after you die? That's nothing to play with. Get it wrong, and eternity won't be so good. Jesus proved from His resurrection that we live on and we are conscious of our environment. Gamble with your soul and let it go, it won't go to the right place because of neglect. So we got to make sure we get to the right place and that decision is up to us. We can't just leave that to chance or we won't be able to enter Heaven with sin on our heels, so to speak. I'd bet you're smart enough to already know that but have you actually prepared for the afterlife?
SW-User
@LadyGrace I have in fact thought about writing some kind of book, I just don't know what it would be.

How should I prepare my spirit then?
@SW-User that's very good and interesting. I would be very interested, with your intelligence, to know what that book and subject would be about? What floats your boat? Haha I bet it would be really good and I bet you have a natural talent for it.

On the other, my post explains how to prepare, if you have time to read it, please.
