Why would you try to plant the seeds of doubt into my head trying to get me to stay where I'm unhappy? No I am leaving this job deal with it

These two guys who like working with me are trying their best to get me to stay by planting the seeds of doubt into my head trying to tell and convince me that I'm making a mistake and how I won;t have as many opportunities at my new job like I would here. Listen I like you guys but I got to do what's best for me. You know how unhappy I am here respect my decision and stop trying to plant the seeds of doubt into my head. I know I am making the right call here. It's annoying
