My aunt was found dead this morning of alcohol poisoning

I guess Bree and her aunt were having drinks last night. She got up for a glass of water, went back to bed and never woke up, Her aunt didn’t discover a gruesome scene, but I can only imagine how terrible she’s feeling.

Bree and I weren’t close. I mostly remember being a little girl, buzzing around her curiously as she studied for med school. The floor was covered in what to my eyes looked like cartoonishly giant textbooks. I remember she took a break to braid my hair. I remember wanting to grow up smart and pretty like her.
