Do you compare your life to others?
I guess that's what fuels my depression the most

Yeah of course that's human nature and I'm just very thankful my life is far better than most peoples on the planet. I mean I could of been born in a third world country where they're all living in slums or starving or in a war torn hell hole. I could of been born with severe disabilities or other major health issues. I could of been born in a different point in time where we didn't have all the technological and medical advancements we take for granted today.
I mean I know there is always that one in a million who were born even better off, or that someone you know from school who seems to have done more with their lives but there is a hell of a lot more people worse off than you so it helps to look both ways when you compare yourself and what you have, otherwise you will get depressed.
