Would a 40 year old woman who has never been in a relationship be as inexperienced as a 22 year old guy who too never had a girlfriend?

While browsing through the site Quora, I saw an answer of a 40 year old woman who has never been in a relationship before and never had a boyfriend before. I am 22 and never had a girlfriend so we are both in the same boat. I messaged her and we are chatting and I came to know that she is from an Arabian country and I live in India so i wouldn't go for her as I am not a fan of long distance relationships. But i did ask her whether she would have dated me if we were in the same country and she said she wouldn't mind the age. But do you think we are equally as inexperienced when it comes to dating and relationships as we both have never been in a relationship before?

But, it’s probably not going to work out. You’re better off looking for someone your age and who lives close by. Put more effort into your appearance, grooming, the way you carry yourself, get fit, wear some nice cologne, get a nice career, a few hobbies- women in India are not difficult to get with

@Nomad7 i said in the post itself that she is in Arabian country so I won't go for it as I don’t want a long distance relationship. I live in Bangalore in India and got rejected by some girls in my city itself and they were all 19-22 age range.(read some of my previous posts about how I got rejected recently by some girls who were in the same school as me and now we are in different colleges so I asked them out via Instagram)
