I’m stuck…

Where am I now ?? I’ve hit rock bottom but I can’t climb out… what do I do?? And where do I start?? How can this be ?? Guess it’s all up to me… 😔 (re:chronic pain syndrome, depression, anxiety, chronic fatigue syndrome, psoriatic arthritis, psoriasis, chronic vomiting… )

@NinaTina all I can do is lay down in pain and rest. I’m just not sure how to pull myself back up to live my life with this much pain but I really can’t imagine staying down and living like this either… it’s a pressure cooker and it feels like it’s going to explode or meltdown.
