Hang Your Own Carrot (A Rambling)

A horse doesn't chase the stick the carrot dangles from but the horse doesn't know how to get the carrot so it works and works but the carrot remains the same distance away. The carrot is the goal, the stick the obstacle and the horse the drive to achieve a goal. Once that carrot is eaten the horse will still hunger. Once your goal is achieved you will want for more. So don't let someone else ride you and hold a carrot at the end of a stick because you'll be worked like a fool for minimal reward. Hang your own carrot and face the way you want to go.
