Very difficult to keep everyone happy

Sometimes you get into situation, when you have to manage relationship in such a way to keep everyone happy. Very difficult to do that. I myself don't have very high demands. I am very easy going. I just want peace of mind.

It takes some people skills, high EQ and lots of self distance to manage but it is possible in most situations imo.

@Somexyz just don't take every thing personal . Take time out for yourself no matter how difficult it seems. Its important to give yourself some love amidst all the chaos..
