What types of initiation rituals have you gone through?

For me it was swimming across prexies pond at 3:00 AM in September. Then I could hang out with the college football team and bar hop. Yes , it was cold. The water was probably not much better for me than the stuff in that glass that you english girls had to drink.

Hazing was brutal back in the day. When I received a varsity letter in my sophomore year of high school, I was initiated into the Letter Club. That included wrestling outside in mud and ice in late November, having to wear burlap underwear filled with molasses, being paddled by upperclassmen, and pushing a monkey biscuit with my nose the length of a basketball court with my hands tied behind my back. Needless to say, hazing is no longer allowed.

@cherokeepatti i didnt even ask to join. They just showed up in to my dorm in the middle of the night and took me to the pond. Not sure if anyone else did it that night. I just laughed, jumped in. Swam across. Put my bathrobe back on and trudged back to the dorm. Took a shower and went back to bed. They had a big limo with electric windows. Guys uncle had had a funeral home and gave him the card in his will. The bars in Fargo were pretty good. Great bands. Lots of malt liquor was consumed. Played Foosball with some farm girls from Dilworth at one bar is all I can remember.
