My ex-bff. We drifted apart after attending different middle schools.

Someone I liked a lot with whom I lost contact in my teens because she had to leave her boarding school suddenly when both her parents died; the letter I wrote to her came back to me. She reappeared in the news a few years ago...as a murder victim. Last week, they finally extradited the guy who killed her and he will have to stand trial.
