Reflecting on life
Can’t believe Thanksgiving is coming up so soon. It will be nice to see my family again.
In the meantime I’ve been looking at houses to buy. It’s a scary feeling but also exciting at the same time. I hope I make the best possible choice.
Sometimes I mourn the relationship I had with my ex fiancé. I don’t love him anymore but I quietly ponder on what my life could have been like if we married. Even though my life hasn’t gone the way I thought it would. So many good things have happened to me since then.
I’m buying a house soon. I have more friends now then I have had in years.
We often fixate so much on what life takes away from us; that we forget what life has given us in return.
