My head was itching like hell so I thought I had head lice. I cut my dreads and I was fine and it turned out that my hair was glued together from shampoo bar build-ups. I lost a big amount of hair trying to brush it out but nothing worked, then I added baking soda and vinegar and a foam formed on my hair. The b.soda and vinegar rinse dissolved the soap build-up but I lost alot of my hair.
I'm so sad right now but like idk , kinda thankful bcz I could have lost more if I didn't deal with this problem sooner
