I've known and seen men that behaved in a cowardly way in certain circumstances. Not sure if that's what [i]you[/i] mean by a "Real Sissy boy" though, of course.
@Sushi22 As defined in most dictionaries, that is pretty much the meaning of the word. Many men (and women) who might seem timid, though, are actually very brave.
