💜 Health improvements after almost 3 months of physical therapy twice a week

I don’t know. Feeling like there might be light at the end of the tunnel at some point. Realized it’s been a while since I reflected on my health stuff in a positive light 🌤 It’s hard to write about because the good feels ‘less good’ when also explaining everything that’s been going wrong for the last year lol
But after a lot of deep tissue work and very gentle stretches, the ‘pain days’ are finally much better than they were, which also means I’m getting better sleep and have more energy / am in a better mood 💜

When you reach the point.. where you begin your healing sessions, half of the work has been done... Well done and I am so happy to hear that you're beginning to see results.....❤️ Don't stop just yet, physio takes its time..

How did the pain start?

That’s a good question lol I guess the easiest answer is that it’s cumulative. It’s just a bunch of stuff that went wrong on my right side then one day around last winter there was a tipping point. @Unlearn

@WhateverWorks How do you plan to prevent it from reoccurring once it has healed?
WhateverWorks · 36-40
Well, we’ll see if it ever ‘really’ heals 😅. The good news Life itself has changed, so I don’t need to be hard on my body out of necessity day in day out anymore @Unlearn
