If you need to know..

I am happy, so happy with my life and so grateful to be here and alive.

So much has changed and I no longer look back because I am no longer going that way.

I focus on my future and on the people I have in my life because they are the ones that matter.

I have closed so many doors and hold no grudges but I do wonder about peoples choices lol.

I have a circle of amazing friends and me and my husband have never been so happy.

I am in a great place mentally and have been for many years now and try and show people you can over some depression and anxiety.

I have worked hard and read loads of books and done a lot of courses and research to get where I am today.

I no longer miss anyone from my past they served a purpose and made me stronger and I am grateful for that.

My life just keeps getting better and better ✌🏻🙏🏻
