ever feel like you wasted a weekend?

I spent 10 hours cleaning & cooking yesterday for guests to come over for a planned visit of a few hours today, but they only came in for 10 minutes and didn’t eat anything I had prepared. What a waste of time and effort

Hehe it's usually like that, but i only feel it as a waste when I have to go to places i don't want to, then i feel like running away and keep checking what time is it so just want it to be over
