I hear you. In my case, I really can’t help, but exercise a bit each day because I can’t drive, which means I walk a lot. All these health problems have messed up doing more though. If you can, I definitely start walking to run your errands or if you live too far away finding a parking space within a couple blocks of where you need to go then walking to it. Makes a big difference over time. @nightjourney
