Is it better to have a busy life or to pick and choose how busy you want to be?

I am in a spot in my life where I am able to "pick and choose".
I like it..... much less stress and pressure to make a $$ just to meet your expenses.
Still, I like to keep busy; and I find I have enough to do to keep myself occupied (doing the stuff I choose to do) .....just with much less stress.
