Is it better to have a busy life or to pick and choose how busy you want to be?

I think… it’s important to be mindful of what we fill our lives with. When you’re spending a lot of time trying to get things you care about done then it’s feels more like cultivating and when you spend a lot of time doing things you don’t care about it feels like drudgery. Both are busy.

It’s like most things but the answer is usually a balance.
