More of an art question

If an artist sees constructive criticism as harassment and bullying, should they continue to post their work online? I understand that some artists do not want criticism, but to consider that to be bullying? I'm genuinely curious.

depends on the artist and what they are posting. Ive never posted any of my art online unless it was my graphic design work. I'm very sensitive about some of my art.
