Which one's better for streaming and why?

Since 2018 I have been streaming on Twitch.tv. I mostly play games, occasionally I'll venture out for some real life IRL content for those who might be interested. More recently I've been considering moving to YouTube for live streaming and content creation but I can't quite pull the trigger. I feel Twitch's ads are becoming annoying, can't disable the feature and the payout is poor.

Which one's better for streaming & content consumption? And why?
