About the hug 🤗 emoji

It's so twisted. It's like something shitty happens and you want to send a compassionate hug with understanding about the situation and the only option is this smiling one. It looks almost cynical, unrelatable, especially if the other is sad. We need a hug emoji that's more appropriate for comforting situations.

That's why I use this one instead. 🫂
I've copied and pasted it into a Word file, and from there, copy and paste it into my messages. It seems so much more fitting. 🫂

Too bad SW doesn't include it in their population of emojis.
I think lots of people would use it.
