1.53*(1/0.33) = 4.6364 (actually repeat 63)
So that would be 363.6364%
These numbers don't feel like they are based on realism. 😋

@Classified i fucked up one number. Women are 33% weaker than men (average) not 67.
The rest is factual based on body comp scans taken by anytime fitness. They've scanned thousands of people and according to their database I've got 53% more lean muscle mass on me than a man of average height and weight. And I've got 30>ish% more lean muscle mass than average men of my same height and weight (maybe like 33. I don't remember the exact number)
And furthermore, that is based on a pretty old scan. I've definitely gotten stronger since then.

@SW-User 33% weaker gets a more realistic number already, but it still feels high. 😅

@Classified 🤷🏽♂️ I'm a strong dude. What can I say? I've been lifting weights very seriously for about 4 years now. I didn't wake up like this but it is where I'm at.

@SW-User The new number should be 1.53 * (1/0.67), which is 2.283582, so then according to that calculation and the people they measured, you should be 128.3582% stronger than an average woman.
