True. Sinful people don't necessarily sin deliberately. Sometimes they don't know they are sinning. But wicked people go out of their ways to hurt others. Is that what he also said?

@LadyGrace He didn’t phrase it like that. He just said there was a difference. When he was referring to the wicked he was particularly talking about those who abuse/sexually abuse/harm children.
