@Bang5luts I like that kind of stuff. I have "dreams" of owning a house and renting it out. I wanted to volunteer with a company that helps people in need at one point, to get a feel for, and help with reno. Didn't do it though

@rosyhills that's partly where I got my experience, volunteering. When I say volunteering, I don't mean numerous hours a week, just a weekend or two a month. It gave me a sense of accomplishment, pride and helped me feel like I was doing something however small and insignificant it was, I was doing something to help others.
